It’s worth ~ing
~할 만한 가치가 있어요

어떠한 행동을 할 만한 가치가 충분히 있다는 얘기를 할 때 쓰는 표현이에요. 반대로 ‘~할 만한 가치가 없어요’라고 말할 때는 ‘It’s not worth ~ing’라고 하면 됩니다. 형용사 worth 뒤에는 동명사(~ing 형태) 뿐만 아니라 명사도 올 수 있다는 점 참고해 주세요. 문장 제일 앞에 It 대신에, 본인이 가치 있다고 생각하는 그 일(활동)을 넣어서 말해도 자연스럽습니다.
