앞으로 세상이 병란病亂으로 한번 뒤집어지느니라.
장차 이름 모를 온갖 병이 다 들어오는데,
병겁病劫이 돌기 전에
단독丹毒과 시두時痘가 먼저 들어오느니라.

In the future, the world shall be overturned by the disaster of disease.
Unknown diseases of all kinds will break out. Before the catastrophic disease bursts forth, erysipelas and smallpox will strike first.
