서신西神이 명命을 맡아 만유를 지배하여
뭇 이치를 모아 크게 이루나니
이른바 개벽이라.

The Autumn God embraces the mandate of governing all beings to gather all enlightened knowledge for the greatest of all fulfillments-such is gaebyeok.
